This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in C.O.R.No.48 of 2019 of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Bhongir, Nalgonda District.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in the above C.O.R.No.48 of 2019.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
