The Appeal coming on for hearing upon perusing the appeal and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, Advocate for the Appellant in both the Petitions, the Court made the following ORDER:
" Both the parties are present.
The appellant has admitted that he has to pay an amount of Rs. 1,43,000/- (Rupees one lakh and forty three thousand only) towards arrears to the respondent, and agreed to pay the same in three instalments. The respondent has also agreed to receive the same. Hence, the appellant is directed to pay an amount of Rs. 43,000/- (Rupees forty three thousand only) to the respondent on or before 0304-2012 and thereafter, he is also directed to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 1-00 lakhs (Rupees one lakh only) in two instalments within a period of two months."
