Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not allowing him to duty without there being any valid justified reason.

Petitioner claims to have submitted a representation on 11.9.2015 to admit him to duty and the said representation is not yet disposed of even after legal notice dated 7.12.2016 was issued. 4.
Since the petitioner claims that the representation submitted by him on 11.9.2015 is pending, this Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.9.2015 duly taking not of the legal notice dated 7.12.2016, and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any adverse decision is made, it is open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as warranted. There shall be no order as to costs.
