THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.5 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against discontinuation of petitioner as customer service provider/ business correspondent of 4th respondent Bank.

I have taken note of the allegations in the affidavit of petitioner and also reply of respondent No.5. This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the complaint of petitioner. Having regard to one of the annexures filed by the petitioner, I am satisfied the petitioner can be given liberty to re-submit the representation dated 06.11.2012 along with a copy of this order to 3rd and 4th respondents for vindication of his grievance against discontinuation of petitioner as customer service provider/ business correspondent of 4th respondent Bank within four weeks from today. As and when such representation is made, the same is considered in accordance with the procedure in vogue and rules, if any, by the respondents.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
