Sri Rama Krishna, learned counsel representing Sri V.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous as the suit itself has been disposed of. Learned counsel would however seek leave to allow the petitioner to raise the issue that falls for consideration in this civil revision petition in the appeal, if any, filed against the judgment in the suit, in accordance with law. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed reserving the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
