It is the case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent is making illegal/unauthorised construction over the house bearing Municipal no.12-2-386/252/A, Saber Nagar, Asif Nagar, Humayun Nagar, Hyderabad, by encroaching public road, and that he brought the same to the notice of respondent authorities by way of making representations on 19.03.2019 and 27.07.2019, however, no action is forthcoming from the authorities.

Heard Sri Mohd Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that necessary action would be taken after verifying the allegations made by the petitioner in his representations dated 19.03.2019 and 27.07.2019.

Having regard to the respective submissions, the grievance of the petitioner being non-consideration of his representations dated 19.03.2019 and 27.07.2019 whereunder he alleged that the 4th respondent is making illegal constructions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent and his subordinates to take action, in accordance with law, with respect to the grievance of the petitioner in the said representations. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
