Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondents 4 and 5. 3.
The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue a writ, order or a direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the 3rd respondent attempting to dispose of the land by way of assignment during pendency of the appeal before the 5th respondent and the inaction of the 5th respondent in disposing the appeal in respect of the land in R.S.No.255-2 and 256-3 total admeasuring Ac.4-60 cts of Urlagudem Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and direct the 5th respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible by fixing time frame in the interest of justice." 4.
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the 5th respondent has passed orders against the petitioner and that steps are being taken for preferring revision against the said order.

In view of the above, if any revision is filed and if any interlocutory application is filed along with the revision, the 2nd respondent - District Collector, Eluru, shall pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, at the earliest. 6.
