This civil revision petition is filed questioning the order, dated 21.01.2014, passed in I.A.No.980 of 2009 in O.S.No.446 of 1994, on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District. I.A.No.980 of 2009 was filed under Section 152 CPC to amend the ex parte judgment and decree that was passed on 27.09.2006. The said application was allowed and questioning the same, the present revision petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the respondents appears and states that the ex parte judgment and decree, on the basis of which, the revision petition is filed, has been set aside. The suit was restored to file, trial was conducted and a judgment and decree, dated 20.08.2018, was passed, by which the suit of the plaintiff was dismissed with costs. Copy of the said judgment is produced by the learned counsel for the respondents, and one copy is also given to Sri Srinivas Basava, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, both the learned counsel agree that nothing survives in this revision petition. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
