2) The de facto complainant and the accused Nos.2 and 3 in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences and the de facto complainant already filed Crl.P.M.P.No.5603 of 2015 to compound the offences with the accused and permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permitted to compound the above offences. 3) The offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 I.P.C. are compoundable as per Section 320 Cr.P.C. but for the offence punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. As the matter is settled between the parties, permission is accorded invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C to compound the offence under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act also.

4) It is represented by the 1st respondent-de facto complainant that her husband at abroad could not come to record the compromise, however, she is also not pressing the crime against her husband and to that effect, a memo is given and is recorded. 5) Accordingly, the Crl.P.M.P.No.5603 of 2015 is ordered and the Criminal Petition No.1807 of 2015 is allowed and the proceedings relating to Crime No.159 of 2014 of Kethepally Police Station, Nalgonda District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ Dr. B.
