The petitioner, who is accused in Crime No.3 of 2015 of Vardaiahpalem Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the serious allegations against the petitioner and as the amount involved in the case is more than O n e Crore rupees, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.
