HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18843 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in interfering in civil disputes between petitioner and respondent No.5 pertaining to agricultural land admeasuring 10-25 guntas in Sy.No.176 of Sangem Village, Keshampet Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dsitrict.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions and relevant paras of the same reads as under: " It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioners that the respondent No.4 is interfering in the civil disputes is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.4 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.
It is submitted that with regard to allegations made by the petitioner that the on 24.8.2019 the respondent No.4 is calling his sons to police station is that, basing on the complaint of one Shiva Kailas Haryan, a case is registered in Crime No.95/2019, U/s.447, 427, 504, 506 r/w 34 IPC against the sons of the petitioners for trespassing into Shiva Kailas Haryan land with an intention to grab his land and further they also beat with hands, abused in vulgar language and threatened with dire consequences."
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5. However, this order will not preclude respondent-police from investigating into any crime registered against the petitioner in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
