Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 10.08.2015 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of subject land to the 4th respondent, who had already recorded her name in the revenue records i.e., Form 1-B, but the 4th respondent is not passing any orders thereon.
3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.10.08.2015 and pass orders thereon within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.
4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.10.08.2015 and pass orders thereon within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
