HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19005 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that pursuant to the impugned proceedings dt.18.06.2019 issued by respondent No.2, the Surveyor had surveyed the land in Sy.No.753, situated at Metpally Village and Town, Jagtial District, identified the land and handed over possession of the said land to the Excise Department.

In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies available under law.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
