THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 14122 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in disposing the Application dated 27.12.2012 filed by the petitioner under 'Land Regularization Scheme' for regularizing the land in an extent of 100 square yards in Survey No. 810/AA, Kamareddy.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality.

Considering the nature of the relief, which the petitioner seeks, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent Municipality to pass orders on the Application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
