This Arbitration applications are filed under Sections 11

(5) and (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the applicant and the respondents in terms of agreements of sale entered into between them on 25.01.2018, 19.01.2018, 01.11.2017 and 17.11.2006 respectively.

Learned counsel for the applicant in all the applications submits that dispute is settled outside the Court and they do not want to pursue the arbitration applications.
