When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Education that the application of the 6th respondent is not yet considered by the respondent-authorities for shifting of their school. The said statement is recorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, directing the respondent-authorities to consider the objections vide representations, dated 04.04.2018 and 16.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein.
