THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.24579 of 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings dated 07.05.2016, issued by the 3rd respondent-R.D.O, canceling the patta granted in favour of the petitioner.

A perusal of the impugned proceedings reveals that the petitioner obtained PPB/TDS by misrepresentation of facts and owing of fraud and the impugned proceedings itself show that the appeal lies to the Joint Collector, Y.S.R Kadapa District. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Joint Collector, Y.S.R. Kadapa District against the proceedings dated 07.05.2016 of the 3rd respondent-R.D.O, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter the Joint Collector, Y.S.R. Kadapa District shall dispose of the same in accordance with the law within a period of four weeks. No order as to costs. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall also be closed. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
