This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, assailing the judgment and decree dated 20.6.2016 passed in MOP No.195 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC & ST (PoA) Act-cum-Additional District Court, Visakhapatnam.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 08.9.2018.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A., is disposed of, in terms of the Award dated 08.9.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
