This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/ accused in Crime No.11 of 2018 of Wardhannapet Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 306 r/ w 511 I.P.C. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

On a perusal of the F.I.R. averments and the earlier dismissal order passed by the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal, in Crl.M.P.No.421 of 2018 vide order dated 20.04.2018, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, as the petitioner is not entitled for concession of the same, at this stage, from the investigation is in progress. However, it is made clear that as none of the offences are punishable above seven years, the Police strictly follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and the guidelines of the Apex Court as laid down in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar1. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.
