THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17073 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The present writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of house property bearing Municipal No.17-2-181/ 11/ 1/ A admeasuring 200 square yards, situated at Jabri Colony, Rein Bazar, Yakutpura, Hyderabad without any right or title and not registering the complaint on his application dated 09.05.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties, except in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that any action taken by the respondents shall be in accordance with law. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the above submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties in respect of property bearing Municipal No.17-2-181/ 11/ 1/ A admeasuring 200 square yards, situated at Jabri Colony, Rein Bazar, Yakutpura, Hyderabad, except in accordance with law. No costs.

CPK, J W.P.No.17073 of 2017 As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
