THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8505 of 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.27, dated 11.01.1994, in so far as it draws a distinction between individuals and Corporates in the matter of exemption under the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973. It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the son of the petitioner herein earlier filed W.P.No.8548 of 2004 challenging the same Government Order, and the facts in both the Writ Petitions are also identical. This Court, by order dated 24.10.2014, dismissed the said Writ Petition. The present Writ Petition was filed by the mother of the petitioner in W.P.No.8548 of 2004. It is represented that she subsequently expired, and her legal representatives filed W.P.M.P.No.28531 of 2014 to come on record. The said W.P.M.P is allowed today.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed in view of the aforesaid order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed in view of the order dated 24.10.2014 in W.P.No.8548 of 2004 filed by the son of the petitioner challenging the same Government Order.
