Learned counsel for the petitioners represents that he is unaware of the charge sheet being filed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on committal, the Sessions Division, Anantapur, assigned SC.No.577 of 2015 and now it is pending on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Kadiri, and stood posted to 11.01.2017 previously and, hence, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
