This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 26.04.2018 in IA.No.287 of 2018 in RCA.No.1 of 2018 passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority cum Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, by virtue of which the Court below dismissed the petition, which was filed by the petitioner, seeking stay of all further proceedings in EP.No.59 of 2018 in RCC.No.1 of 2015. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner seeks this Court to give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the appeal within a specified time and in the meantime, grant an order of status quo. 4.

The counsel for the respondent consents for the said order to be passed, subject to the petitioner depositing the arrears of rent and regular rent.

Hence, in view of the above, the order passed by the Court below is set aside and status quo is ordered to be maintained during the pendency of the appeal, subject to the petitioner depositing arrears of rent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also continue to deposit monthly rent without default. The Court below, however, is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Hence, the civil revision petition is allowed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
