THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18789 of 2019 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the action of the third respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapalli District, in not considering the explanation submitted by her to show cause notice dated 16.05.2019 and not passing any order for restoring her fair price shop authorization.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

As the petitioner submitted her explanation on 01.07.2019 itself and in view of the fact that her suspension pending enquiry cannot be for an indefinite period, in the interests of justice, the third respondent shall consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass final orders in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
