Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to sustain the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner was not given any notice prior to issuance of cancellation orders impugned herein. I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition in view of contractual relationship between the petitioner and the Government. However, to enable the petitioner to take appropriate remedy/steps including liberty to make a representation, the order impugned shall not be enforced for a period of one week from today. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
