Sri Krupadhar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2Owner of crime vehicle, is present and submitted that the claim against respondent No.1-Driver, who is the claimant, was dismissed for default, vide order of this Court dated 01.02.2013 in MACMA MP No.4360 of 2008, and the appellant has not taken any steps for setting aside the dismissal order against respondent No.1. 3.

Though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this appeal. 4.
