Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer petition stating that the suit which he intend to transfer itself is disposed of.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
