There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not allotting the symbol to the petitioner even after her nomination was found to be validly presented and found in the list of Validly nominated candidates on 18.3.2014 on the pretext that the 2nd set of nominations which was filed by the petitioner was withdrawn by her as the name of her husband was wrongly entered, as being illegal, arbitrary and is in negation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to contest as member for Ward No.12 of the Nalgonda Municipality at Nalgonda scheduled to be held on 30.03.2014, and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper." 3.

From a perusal of the prayer sought in the writ petition, no further cause would survive in the present writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
