This writ petition is filed against the registration of FIR No.573 of 2015 of P.S. L.B.Nagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 209, 420, 423, 465,467,46A' 477, 474 and 156(3) of Cr.P.C. basing on the private complaint dated 13.11.2014 lodged by the 3'd respondent as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently quash the same' No representation for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. sai Ram, representing learned G.P. for Home would submit that the crime has been investigated upon and charge sheet has been laid before the court of Metropolitan Magistrate-ll, by recording the final report as Civil Nature, and hence no cause would survive in this writ Petition.

Recording the submissions made, and on perusing the copy of charge sheet filed, i the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
