HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21679 OF 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1st and 3rd in issuing a fresh tender notification in Rc.No.C2/542/2011, dated 27.07.2011, published in Eenadu Daily, Chittoor District Edition on 29.07.2011 and Rc.No.B5/14266/2011-2, dated 25.07.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently to set aside the same.

At the time of admission this Court on 02.08.2011, granted interim suspension of the impugned notifications.

Now, by virtue of interim order dated 02.08.2011 the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, as such the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
