Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that one Kanne Ganti Siva Laxmi Kumari, was the owner of lands in various Survey numbers in different extents mentioned in Para No.2 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, having purchased from one K.Surya Narayana, under two registered documents dated 11.10.1983 and 21.10.1983. Thereafter she obtained pattadar pass books and title deeds in her favour. Petitioner further claims that the said Laxmi Kumari agreed to sell the above extent of lands to him and executed an agreement of sale dated 10.06.1986 having received major part of the sale consideration, with an understanding that the balance sale consideration would be paid at the time of registration and put him in physical possession. Thereafter the said Laxmi Kumari failed to execute regular sale deed. Petitioner filed suit in O.S.No.
144 of 2012 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam for specific performance of agreement of sale. The said suit was decreed in his favour. Even then Laxmi Kumari failed to execute the sale deed. Then petitioner filed E.P.No.23 of 2016 for registration of the sale deed in his favour and the said E.P., was allowed and sale deed was executed in his favour.
- 3 - favour. But so far no order communicating mutation of his name is furnished. Hence, this writ petition.

As per the material placed on record on 12.12.2016, the application of the petitioner was registered in Mee-seva. If that is so, and the application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Golugonda Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, shall consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
