THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18748 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents police in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner and in threatening the petitioner not to enter into the subject land admeasuring Ac.0.10 guntas in Sy.No.47, situated at Kyathanpalli Village, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.03.09.2019 stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.02.07.2019, enquiry was conducted and found the same to be civil in nature; and that report was also submitted to the Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam on 28.08.2019, and except that 3rd respondent is not interfering with the disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
