When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners.

A perusal of the record would reveal that the petitioners were challenging the proceedings dated 10.04.2002, wherein, some internal arrangements in respect of posts was made by the respondents. A perusal of the cause title also discloses that all the petitioners must have retired and this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
