This appeal is filed assailing the award and decree dated 30.05.2014 in M.V.O.P.No.37 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - IV Additional District Judge, Guntur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 20.07.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
