In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner/accused seeks to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 24.07.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.698 of 2014 by learned I Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, R.R.District directing the petitioner/accused not to leave India without permission of the Court.

Heard.

It is informed by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that investigation is still pending and not completed. In these circumstances, it is not a fit case to relax the aforesaid bail order condition. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioner and on being informed that as per the earlier orders in Crl.P.No.10849 of 2014 and Crl.P.No.15495 of 2014 the petitioner/accused was permitted to visit abroad on certain conditions, the bail order condition in Crl.M.P.No.698 of 2014 is temporarily relaxed and the petitioner/accused is permitted to visit USA and Australia between 30.03.2015 and 01.06.2015 subject to his executing a self bond for Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) together with one surety for like sum to the satisfaction of learned I Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Cyberabad. The petitioner/accused shall appear before the I Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Cyberabad on 02.06.2015, failing which the said Court is at liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
