THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 33263 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not allowing escalation in full on steel and cement components as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development have agreed that this Court allowed Writ Petition No.4838 of 2011 by order, dated 17.06.2015, wherein the issue identical to that raised in this Writ Petition was decided in favour of the petitioner.

In the light of this fact, this Writ Petition is allowed, in terms of order, dated 17.06.2015, in Writ Petition No.4838 of 2011. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
