This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos.4 & 5 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, vide orders dated 27.10.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.2256 of 2014 in C.C.No.848 of 2011. The Court below while granting bail to the petitioners under the order impugned herein, imposed conditions directing them to attend the Court on each and every adjournment, to surrender their passport and to submit their bank account particulars showing their detailed address particulars and an undertaking to the effect of address proof and attending the court on every adjournment. The petitioners filed this petition seeking to relax the above conditions. Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioners are in-laws of the de facto complainant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above conditions imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioners are relaxed.
