THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4965 of 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by petitioners/ A2 seeking bail in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No.171/2021 on the file of Nawabpet Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner and two others trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and poured Petrol on the defacto complainant and tried to set her on fire. In the said process, the defacto complainant received simple injuries. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the said altercation took place due to love affair of defacto complainant's son. Accused No.1 was arrested. Except stating that this petitioner had accompanied Accused No.1 to the house of the defacto complainant, there is no specific allegation against this petitioner that she had inflicted any injuries.

In the said circumstances, the relief of Anticipatory bail can be granted to the petitioner/A2 on the following conditions.
1) The petitioner/ A2, is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Nawabpet Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, within a period of 10 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/ A2 on bail, on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to his satisfaction.
2) On such release, the petitioner/ A2 shall appear before the said Station House Officer on every first and third Mondays between 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m., for a period of three months or till filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier;
3) The petitioner/ A2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case. 5.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is partly allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
