THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18805 of 2019 O R D E R:

The complaint of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent No.2-Revenue Divisional Officer, Khammam, is not passing orders on the Appeal filed by him though the same was reserved for orders on 12.07.2018.

It may be noted that orders have to be expeditiously passed in the Appeal, otherwise the aspects that would have been argued in the Appeal would fade away from the memory of the authority. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal said to have been filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
