At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR and as the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering that petitioners/A2 & A3 are aged, the Police of Women Police Station, Vijayawada, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A2 & A3 during the course of investigation. Petitioners/A2 & A3 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
