This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner/appellant, assailing the order, dated 04.02.2013, of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, At L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.3966 of 2012 in A.S.No.351 of 2012.

There is no representation for the petitioner/appellant. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the appeal suit itself is disposed of on 02.07.2014.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
