HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18844 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in harassing the petitioner though Criminal Case No.408 of 2017 registered against him by Neredmet Police is stayed by this Court in Crl.P.No.4047 of 2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions and relevant paras of the same reads as under:

"In this case the Honourable High Court of Judicature Hyderabad granted stay in criminal MP.No.4047 of 2017 in 3884 of 2017 dt.17.6.2017 wherein it was ordered there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in Cr.No.408/2017 on the file of Station House Officer until further orders. The case is still under investigation due to stay orders granted by the Honourable High Court of Judicature. still under investigation due to stay orders granted by the Honourable High Court of Judicature.

It is respectfully submitted that with reference to the above Writ Petition, that the Police have never called the petitioner to the police station and never sent the police constables to the house of petitioner and the police not require presence of the petitioner, since there is interim stay orders is on the file of the Honourable High Court Judicature."

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
