RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 and 4 in non-considering the representations of the Petitioner dated 20.05.2024, 07.05.2024 and non initiating to direct the respondent No.6 to provide the education with admission to the Petitioner's daughter Cholleti Srieejja, who wants to study the 5th class under the free and compulsory education of 25 percentage Quota by implementing the provisions of the Right to Education Act, 2009 in the school of the Respondent No.
6 is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 15,21 and 300-4 of Constitution of lndia, also violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of the provisions of the Right to Education Act, 2009 and consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 and 4 to consider the representations of the Petitioner dated 20.05.2024, 07.05.2024 and to direct the respondent No.

After making initial submissions and on this Court pointing out that the petitioner is not entitled to seek admission into the 6s respondent school to study 5ft class under 25o/o quota in terms of Section 12 of Right of Children to free and Compulsory Education Act, 2OO9, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.3 have no objection for withdrawal of the Writ Petition by the petitioner. 3.
Granting permission as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
