This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ 1st respondent having been aggrieved of the order, dated 14.11.2011, in S.R.No.1753 of 2007 of the learned Principal District Judge, Warangal.
I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have perused the material record.
At the hearing, it is stated that the application which was at the SR stage at the time of filing of this revision petition was subsequently registered as EA.No.44 of 2011. Learned counsel on instructions would submit that the said application was disposed of on merits by the trial Court and that in that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
