THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2369 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri M.P. Chandramouli, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 29.02.2016 to the registry stating that he was instructed to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case, if warranted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
