Questioning the inaction of the 2nd respondent Joint Collector, Siddipet on the Revision Petition dated 20.02.2017 of the petitioner in respect of Survey No. 301 (Ac.16.08 guntas), Survey No. 304 (Ac.2.20 guntas), Survey No. 306/B (Ac.2.16 guntas), Survey No. 307 (Ac.3.01 guntas), Survey No. 309 (Ac.12.12 guntas) and Survey No. 310 (Ac.1.03 guntas) situated at Nagapuri Revenue Village, Cherial Mandal, Warangal District (presently Komuravelli Mandal, Siddipet District), this Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

Considering the nature of relief sought in this Writ Petition, if no order is passed on the Revision of the petitioner so far, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders after providing an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
