Previously, when the matter was listed on 12.06.2017 and 13.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, though the mater is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", none appears for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
