Learned counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

It is the submission of learned counsel for R.1 that interim order, pending appeal, not fully complied with. 4.

As the very appeal is withdrawing, interim order also equally ceases its force and remedy is left open to the claimant to execute before the Tribunal. If the amount is not chosen to deposit, the appellant/Insurance Company is directed to pay the same within one month from today.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
