HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7876 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A.6 & A7 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 289 of 2012 of Kamareddy Police Station, Nizamabad District, which was registered for the offences under Section 498-A IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 11.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kamareddy Police Station, Kamareddy District and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 16.4.2018 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 289 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
