This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly 5th respondents in registering the criminal case against respondent Nos.6 and 7, in pursuance of the report of the 4th respondent in his Rc.A/212/2018, dated 21.04.2018, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent No.5 to register the criminal case against respondent Nos.5 and 6. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioners, Crime No.183/2018 was registered under Section 447, read with 34 IPC of Pullampet P.S., on 08.06.2018.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is left open to the petitioners to avail other remedies as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs.
